Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the decedent’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
The packages below offer a package discount when compared to the itemized selections on the general price list. These packages include selecting a casket or cremation container from Integrity Cremation. The cost of the casket or container you select will be added to the price of the package you choose. As the packages include various types of services, no credits for deletions are possible. Any item selected that is not included in the package is considered an additional charge.
Cremation Services Packages
Direct Cremation $980
Includes basic services of funeral director, staff and overhead; local transportation of the remains to the mortuary; refrigeration; file and secure the death certificate and burial permit, alternative container, cremation, processing and a basic plastic urn. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. The container we provide is fiberboard.
Cremation with Memorial $2,350
Includes basic services of funeral director, staff and overhead; local transportation of the remains to the mortuary; refrigeration; file and secure the death certificate and burial permit; alternative container, cremation, processing, a basic plastic urn; use of staff for memorial service.**
Burial Service Package
Immediate Burial $1,850
Includes basic services of funeral director, staff and overhead; local transportation of the remains to the mortuary; file and secure the death certificate and burial permit; and refrigeration. Casket must be purchased for immediate burial. Transportation will be an additional cost.
**Integrity Cremation will make arrangements at the facility of your choosing. Facility pricing varies. Our funeral directors & staff are still available with no additional cost if you chose to do so.**
Basic Services of Funeral Director, Staff & Overhead $795.00
Our services include: 24 hour availability of staff, arranging disposition details, conducting an in home arrangement conference, necessary clerical support, consulting with family & clergy or other third parties. In addition, this fee includes a proportionate share of our unallocated overhead costs; to include compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory requirements.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for all our package offers.)
(Temporary preservation remains up to 3 days; $70/per day beyond.)

Our policy for children of families, with immediate need, is to provide our mortuary services at 50% off our standard service fees for those that are under the age of 12 years old. Merchandise, cash advances and sales tax would be at full or normal charges.
